  2. Visualization added to Asset Strategy App
  3. Download Asset Strategy Recommendations to MS Excel
  4. Instruction Pre conditions and Post Checks added to the PDF Inspection Report
  5. Instruction Steps added to the PDF Inspection Report
  6. New Equipment Search App
  7. SAP AIN 2022 was also released

Change to Feature or Function

  1. New selection dialog for Equipment or Location in the Asset Inspection, Asset Planning, and Asset Strategy App. This allows the user to see the parent Location vs just the ID, Short, and Long Description.
  2. CML Optimization was performed. Publishing Inspections with CMLs was taking too long, therefore the source code was optimized to decrease the publish time by 75%.
  3. New Tmin Reached Transition Logic within the RBI+ model. Previously, the transitional logic popped on risk thresholds set and CML half life. This feature allows for the Thickness Minimum defined (Tmin) to be considered as a threshold as the Damage Factor projects overtime.
  4. Persist External ID and SAP IAM Work Order and Notification ID in long text. Shows the SAP Work Order and Notification External ID number on the Work Order and Notification Dialog.
  5. When adding a Notification or Workorder to an Inspection, we are now displaying the External ID associated with the Work Order and Notification ID in the dialog box. Allowing the user to see the External ID without clicking into details.
  6. Export of Instructions in Planning App needs to include Equipment and Location Short Descriptions. Previously, when exporting the Instruction Plans via MS Excel, the Equipment and Location Name was included, now the Equipment Short Description and Location Short Description are also exported.
  7. Instructions auto process if in error mode. If there is an error processing the Instructions Queue to create future Inspections, Work Orders, or Notifications, the process would have to be monitored by the user within the User Interface. The Asset Planning application will now auto reprocess if the queue is in error.
  8. RBI+ Damage Factor Transitional Logic was added for the Bundle Damage Mechanisms.

Bugs corrected

  1. Changing currency in the assessment header was not working in Asset Strategy, this has been corrected.
  2. Planning Fix Reserved Keyword Validation. Previously, if parts of a whole work matched the SAP reserved words listing it would be flagged, this has been corrected.
  3. CML Summary was showing deactivated CMLs. Now, if Active = False on a CML, it will not show on the CML Summary.
  4. In the Asset Strategy Configuration, if the user changes a pick list table it revisions. The new revision of the pick list does not show in the Asset Strategy model.
  5. Bug on the Chloride SCC Target Date.
  6. Null values are entering into CML readings was causing issues adding CMLs to inspections.
  7. When associated the Work Order with an Inspection, the Work Order was not showing in the “Asset Inspection” tab.

Any known issues the new release may cause

  1. None

When opening the Asset Inspection tile, users will now have two options available. The standard list view, which provides the view of data you have been using, and now a Visualization tab.

The visualization tab comes standard with 3 graphs, but we’ll be adding more as we go along. For now, they are:

  1. Number of Inspections per template, with published and unpublished options.
  2. Number of Inspections Created and Published per User.
  3. Scheduled vs Unscheduled inspections. Scheduled Inspections are defined as an inspection auto generated by an Instruction, vs Ad Hoc creation.

After running a Mass, or Group, Asset Strategy Development analysis, users now have the ability export the recommendations of the assessments.

If the Inspection was generated via a SAP Instruction (e.g. scheduled), and Pre Conditions and Post Checks are defined within the Instruction, the Pre Conditions and Post Checks will now be printed to the PDF Detailed Inspection Report.

If the Inspection was generated via a SAP Instruction (e.g. scheduled), and Steps are defined within the Instruction, the Steps will now be printed to the PDF Detailed Inspection Report.

The SAP IAM (Intelligent Asset Management) suite provides a new Equipment Search application. This allows the users to:

  1. Search by attributes and templates (e.g. show me everything with a certain fluid name).
  2. Displays the search results within a tabular interface.
  3. Export the search results to MS Excel
  4. Save off your search criteria with filters (SAP variants)
