There is an ongoing issue with the Asset Inspection app. You may be facing one or all of the following problems:
- Unable to create a new Asset Inspection, including selecting a Location/Equipment and a Checklist Template.
- Unable to load the data after opening an Asset Inspection.
- Unable to load the List Page of the Asset Inspection app.
A few SAP ASPM APIs are failing resulting in the above problems. AsInt has raised a very-high-priority SAP ticket with Case ID 715051/2024. We are working closely with SAP to resolve this.

SAP ASPM Checklist is not working correctly, causing time out issues. AsInt is working with SAP team with a very high status to get it resolved.
Raised SAP ticket of 784607 / 2022 ASPM service outage [403 Forbidden]. From SAP “One is that the checklist app is not working as expected and few APIs are responding with 500 server error. We found a fix for this and will be providing a hotfix today.”

When publishing an inspection some users are experiencing “Fail to Update” and the Inspection does not publish. This is caused by an SAP API call. AsInt has raised a high priority SAP ticket to have it resolved.

SAP provided a monthly release to the SAP IAM suite that caused the Location App not loading correctly. A ticket was raises with SAP and they were able to resolve it by the following weekend. In the interim, AsInt adjusted our application to use a different set of API’s until SAP deployed a solution.
