RBI programs fail not because of bad intentions - but because of inconsistent execution, poor data foundations, and models that are never revalidated. Our structured approach prevents all three.

Phase 1
We gather existing inspection records, process data, equipment drawings, material specs, and historical corrosion data. A structured data quality review identifies gaps before modelling begins.
Phase 2
Our engineers identify active and credible damage mechanisms for each circuit and component - the foundation of any robust RBI model. We document corrosion loops and assign mechanisms per API 571.
Phase 3
We build the RBI model, calculate probability of failure (PoF) and consequence of failure (CoF) for each component, and generate the risk matrix. Both qualitative and quantitative approaches are supported.
Phase 4
Risk-ranked components drive optimized inspection plans - specifying scope, technique, frequency, and CML locations. High-risk assets get more focused attention; low-risk assets are safely extended.
Phase 5
An RBI model is only as good as its last update. We establish governance and workflow for routine revalidation after inspections, process changes, or turnarounds - keeping the model live and trusted.
