Study to Report
Revalidation Support Available
Phase 1
We review P&IDs, process descriptions, operating procedures, and existing safety studies. Scope boundaries are defined, and gaps in existing documentation are identified before the study begins.
Phase 2
Facilitated HAZOP sessions are conducted with your operations and engineering teams. Deviations, causes, consequences, and safeguards are systematically identified and recorded in a structured HAZOP report.
Phase 3
Identified hazards are risk-ranked using your site risk matrix. LOPA is applied to scenarios requiring quantitative risk reduction verification - identifying IPLs and confirming whether risk targets are met.
Phase 4
SIL targets are determined for safety instrumented functions. SRS documents are developed specifying the functional and integrity requirements for each SIF, forming the basis for design and verification.
Phase 5
PFD calculations are performed for each SIF to verify that the installed architecture meets the required SIL target. Functional safety lifecycle documentation is completed, and proof test intervals are established.
