Phase 1
Risk-based inspection plans are developed for each asset - specifying inspection scope, NDE techniques, CML locations, access requirements, and acceptance criteria. Plans are aligned with RBI outputs and regulatory requirements.
Phase 2
We manage all pre-inspection preparation - contractor selection and briefing, access and scaffolding coordination, safety documentation review, and inspection pack preparation - ensuring field teams are ready to execute from day one.
Phase 3

Phase 4

Inspection reports are produced and reviewed against acceptance criteria. Inspection data is migrated into the IDMS and RBI model, and inspection plans are updated to reflect findings - keeping the program live and current.
