[Texas, USA, 16-03-2026] — Today we are proud to announce the launch of our new Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) application, a powerful new addition to the AsInt Safety Suite. Engineered for asset-intensive industries—including chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing and oil and gas—this application provides a digital framework to systematically identify process hazards, mitigate operational risks, and reinforce enterprise-wide safety protocols.
Traditional HAZOP studies often remain static documents, disconnected from the realities of daily plant operations. AsInt’s Intelligent HAZOP establishes a dynamic, digital foundation that evolves with the plant itself. By structuring deviations, causes, consequences, and safeguards into a connected knowledge graph, organizations gain a living view of process risk. This integrated approach transforms hazard analysis from a one-time workshop into continuous operational intelligence — ensuring safeguards are validated, deviations are monitored in real time, and risk insights are connected across disciplines for stronger, system-level safety management.
Recognizing that safety is a collaborative effort, the HAZOP Application includes a Consolidated Team Management feature, providing a transparent view of all contributors and their roles across the study lifecycle. Coupled with a Centralized Evidence Management system, users can attach P&IDs, diagnostic reports, and screenshots directly to specific nodes, ensuring an audit-ready trail of all findings.
Unlike standalone tools, the AsInt HAZOP Application is designed for execution. Preliminary findings are seamlessly refined and converted into formal Asset Performance Management (APM) recommendations. This ensures that design modifications, updated operating procedures, and enhanced safety controls are not just documented, but tracked through to implementation.
A deviation signals any unexpected shift from intended process parameters, while the cause identifies underlying factors such as mechanical issues, instrumentation errors, or procedural lapses. The consequence highlights potential impacts, including safety risks, environmental effects, or operational inefficiencies.
By systematically mapping these elements, our HAZOP teams can rigorously assess vulnerabilities and implement targeted preventive measures. This expert-driven approach strengthens process integrity, enhances resilience, and ensures we continue delivering safe and reliable operations for our customers.
This initial release establishes a digital foundation for standardized hazard studies within enterprise safety programs. Future enhancements will continue to bridge the gap between initial risk assessment and executable asset performance management.
AsInt delivers reliability and integrity solutions that help industries achieve safer, more efficient, and resilient operations. By combining structured methodologies, advanced analytics, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. AsInt enables organizations to transform reliability into a scalable enterprise capability.
This press release includes forward‑looking statements regarding the initial release of the AsInt Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Application, including anticipated product capabilities, integration features, performance improvements, and expected benefits to asset‑intensive industries. These statements reflect current expectations and assumptions about the application’s functionality and future roadmap, including planned enhancements such as expanded analytical tools, configurable workflows, and cross‑application connectivity.
Forward‑looking statements are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed or implied, including changes in industry regulations, customer adoption rates, integration challenges, and evolving technology standards.
